Yesterday, it was my second time on board with rayani air (kuala lumpur to kota kinabalu). My first flight with rayani air was on 27/02/2016; kota kinabalu to kuala lumpur..
As a new company, the service provided was good: i’m satisfied with the cost and it’s services. You can get as low as RM 66 one way (include GST)! It’s based on what i have been pay.. Its cheap right?! =) although its using an old airplane ( i believe its 2nd hand airplane), but still complete our purpose as one choice of local transportation service.. hahha..
u will get free snack on board (as in the picture: muffin, juice drink, and peanut) and free 20kg kargo luggage.. ok la tu!! =) and allowed one hand luggage only.. u also can buy drink or food on board, if u feel hungry.. ada nasi lemak, meehoon, spegati, nugget, hot drink, jajan..
For those with anak kecil/baby, its quite convenience too.. their take a good care and give priority to those who has child and oldest..
The only problem for me, i cant use my credit card(cimb) to buy the flight tickets so far.. i had bought two return flight tickets and both transactions were fail.. there had no other option of payment till now yet, except by using mastercard or visa only.. AND only certain card are acceptable.. What’s type of bank card are accepted? I also not sure about it- by try and error.. hahha..
Then, how do i buy the ticket? By using my friend’s visa.. hehhe..
There is no online check in yet, so u need to came early for counter check in.. since the service are still not busy (since its still new and less choice of flight), so the check in counter are not busy so far- tak de que panjang.. but for safety, datang je awal 2 hour.. tak le kelam kabut.. nanti xpasal2 flight ticket hangus telambat..
So, overall review: im satisfied!! 3.8/5.. i hope the service provided will be same or being improve soon..
